How quick is your support response time?
We schedule a weekly or bi-monthly call with you to review reports, discuss ideas and hear your suggestions and issues. There is no emergency with our system so we do ask that we both keep a distinct time for each other where you are less likely to be interrupted and when we are focused on you, our customer.
